Contract

On placing an order with Geff Cori, this does not result in a contract until accepted by us. Your order is simply an offer to purchase goods from us. Where you order more than one product your order contains a series of offers for each product individually. We will send you an order confirmation email, containing your order number, details of the products ordered, total costs as well as individual costs of products and a delivery estimate, to the email address which you provide in the order process. 

Note that this email is only to acknowledge that your order has been received and is not accepted by us of any offers to purchase goods. Full payment of the price of the goods, via one of the payment methods, is required before we can accept any offers. An offer made by you to purchase a product shall only be deemed to be accepted by us when we despatch that product to you and send you an order despatch email which includes details of the product. 

If a product is not available we will include details of the unavailable product in the order dispatch email. A product which is not available will not be included in the contract of purchase.

Payment and Price Changes

GEFF CORI store accepts payment by VISA / MasterCard / American Express / Euro Card. The full payment is charged when the package is dispatched. Credit card payment is made with our partner STRIPE. All transactions are encrypted and 100% secure. We also accept PayPal. Geff Cori store reserves the right to change prices of the products sold. The prices of the products will, during the time of placing an order, be valid.

Product Availability

The offers of Products and prices of Geff Cori are valid while they are visible on the Website, and subject to stock availability. Geff Cori attempts to ensure that all goods are available as displayed but cannot guarantee that all the products shown are available at the time you place your order as errors or modifications can exceptionally occur, notably in the event of simultaneous orders of the same Product by several Customers. In the unlikely event that there is an error in the availability or price of an item, Geff Cori reserves the right to cancel an order at any time. We will notify you if there is any problem with your order. 

Although all efforts are made to ensure that the colour and pattern of products are exact as displayed on the website, variations may occur due to the technical limitations of colour quality on the customer's computer, smartphone, tablet equipment.

Geff Cori reserves the right not to accept an order from a Customer with whom it is in a dispute for a previous order, or if Geff Cori reasonably considers that this Customer has been engaged in a fraudulent activity, or for any other legitimate reason.
