We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 - 5 working days of cleared payment. All orders are shipped via a trackable service and require a signature upon delivery. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped which will include your tracking number and courier details.

International Shipping

All international orders are shipped Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU). This means that any customs duty, vat, and import fees are charged once the parcel reaches its destination. Customers will be responsible for any customs and tax charges within their respective country. Import duties and taxes may vary and we are unable to control nor predict their amount.

When Importing Items to outside of the UK, this will always incur inspection of parcels. We will provide the correct paperwork. However, we cannot be responsible for how long your order takes to pass through customs.

If you refuse a shipment from us, you will be responsible for the sipping charges and courier cost for the return.

We aim to dispatch international orders within 5 - 10 working days.

Due to the complexities of shipping, we only ship within the UK and to the EU for now. Worldwide shipping will soon be available. 

Heavy Packages will incur extra postage charges
